Some of the students' lives are so full of challenges and obstacles that we being  educators couldn't withstand with those challenges for more than a day.
There's an untold story in every kid's life, we require people in that business to hear them. These stories possibly could be impediments in their learning deficits and undesirable behavior. Let's focus more on humanistic aspect of teaching in tandem with academic achievement.

Humanistic approach of education is a child's centered education where along with enhancing academic nourishment other areas of human capabilities like social skills, moral values and developing overall positive attitude towards the society and the nation.
